Victoria Elizabeth - born April 19th at 1:02 p.m. 6lbs. 12oz. 18 1/2 in. long

I’d forgotten how much I hate surgery. But I heal well so by today I’m actually feeling alive. We came home on Friday but it has taken a couple days for me to get my brain and everything else in order. And of course, with murphy’s law in action, the server had problems and my domain server in the basement is now needing a power supply transplant. Only problem? I’m not supposed to be using stairs for a week or two. Or drive. Or do much of anything besides take care of the baby.

My mother has been here helping out which is keeping me sane, but she’s going home on Thursday which means I’ll be back to the wild world of driving kids around while juggling baby and recovering from surgery. Lucky me. I’ll have more pictures and stories later
