Someone is finally working on some svn bindings for php - I love you Alan.

It’s times like this I think I should buckle down and teach myself some C - but then I hit my head against a wall and feel better
Anyway, if this would ever get finished to a decent degree, one could write a integrated bugtracker/svnrepo system in php - which would be really GREAT.

Hopefully this will eventually get past vaporware, maybe even make it to pecl - please ???
